Is Scoop free?
Yes. Creating an account, verifying your profile, your Trust Score, Scoops, events and friends are all free.
Does Business include the Premium features?
Yes, except one. Business includes ghost mode, profile views, section visibility, the profile accent color and the contact button. “Your group” is only in Premium Personal; Business accounts use guest lists instead.
How am I billed?
Monthly, through the App Store or Google Play, using the account you’re signed in with on your phone. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices in other countries are set by the store and may differ.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I switch between Premium Personal and Business?
Business is a separate account type you choose when you sign up. If you already pay for Premium Personal and want Business, email [email protected] and we’ll help you switch.
